1. Service Agreement

SFTP provides international package forwarding and courier services. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information. SFTP is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and applicable service charges. All fees must be paid before packages are released.

4. Prohibited Items

SFTP does not accept illegal or restricted items and reserves the right to refuse such shipments.

5. Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and government charges.

6. Delivery and Transit Times

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. SFTP is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Liability is limited to shipping charges paid unless insurance has been purchased.

8. Package Storage

Packages uncollected after 30 days may incur storage fees. Packages abandoned after 90 days may be disposed of without notice.

9. Returns and Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where SFTP fails to provide the agreed service due to circumstances within its control.

10. Privacy

Customer information will be kept confidential and used only for providing courier services.

11. Limitation of Liability

SFTP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

12. Amendments

SFTP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
